Booking Terms
Regardless of package subscribed, the following terms & conditions apply.
A clean bus with full tank (65 litres diesel) will be made available at the first day of booking.
The routine weekly maintenance will be covered and supervised by our maintenance engineer.
No parts should be replaced without prior validation by him or the fleet coordinator.
The cleaning of the buses will be covered by our team.
Trained and qualified drivers will be assigned to the fleet.
We are not liable for any tax deduction based on the payment plan you chose.
Prior to release of vehicle, a minimum of 60% deposit must be made.
If the vehicle requires to spend the night at a location different from our designated parking space, you should provide a safe environment for that.
In the event of a breakdown, a backup replacement will be sent within the shortest possible time.
A good night sleep and a proper meal is required to keep the driver(s) active and healthy. Ensure you prioritize that.
